Hey guys! I’ve taken a break from my monthly challenges but this month I decided to finally do my fitness challenge! I was originally going to do this for March, but I waited too long to post. Anyways, I’m not doing any spring sports at school but I still want to remain active. So, I went on Pinterest and found two really good Fitness plans! Every day after school, I am going to try and implement the two fitness plans into my routine. Depending on how much progress I make, I’ll post a before and after but if I look the same, I won’t just because it won’t make any difference.
Here’s the first Fitness Plan:
I chose this fitness plan because I love the visuals and the variety of exercises for each day. Not one day is the same and it increases every day. There are rest days but I will be doing the second fitness plan on those days.
Here’s the second Fitness plan:
I’m going to be doing this fitness plan on the rest days on the first fitness days. I chose this plan because It looks fun and I can spell out my first name and get a custom workout! I’m really excited to start this challenge today and hopefully, by the end of the challenge, I’ll have a flatter tummy. I have a little stomach pouch that I’m a bit insecure about. I’m just trying to get my body ready for bathing suit season!
If you want to join me on my fitness journey you can! I’m not saying that you have to change your body to love yourself, but if you want to make changes, you have to work hard towards it! I’m going to work my hardest to get the body that I want and I will also try to eat healthier to get the full benefits of working out as well.
