Happy Fashion Friday! I’m a little bummed out because it’s been raining non-stop for the past week! I’m not a huge fan of the rain unless it’s when I have the time to cuddle up and read a book.
Anyways, because of the all the rain, today’s Fashion Friday is a little different. I’m featuring a new way to style you sneakers (ummm…really your converse)! Add a bit of pep in your step with these really cool shoelaces I found at my local Michael’s! I really like them because they add color and they are really just overall cool looking! You can put them on any sneakers of your choice and it will honestly look really fashionable! (I promise!)
I paired my shoelaces with two pairs of my Converse. I think they look hip and honestly I love giving things a new look. Converse are always in style no matter what the season is. It’s never odd to see Converse worn in the Fall, Winter, Spring, or even the summer. However to change their appearance with wild colored and patterned shoe strings gives them an extra bit of style and personalization.
If you are bored with your shoes and want to give them new life you can easily do this diy. It’s really just about finding shoestrings that fit your personality. The shoelaces I got came with little charms to add on more charm 😃, which I found is a really sweet and fun touch! I honestly think I need to find more because I really love this idea!

Adding new shoelaces on your shoes is super easy, fun, and is really stylish. Hopefully, it doesn’t rain next week so that I can finally do a proper Fashion Friday. (Sorry, I was sick last week and didn’t do a Fashion Friday due to that.) I’m really all about that natural life when doing photo shoots. It’s the best! Anyways, I hope you all have a great weekend!
