Happy Fashion Friday! I can’t believe it’s finally Fall! Fall colors are finally among us! The vibrant colors of reds, oranges, yellows, greens, and browns. I love these colors! I’ve also decided that I’m throwing in greys as well this Fall Season. Why Grey?! (Definitely, not because my sister’s name is Greyson! LOL!) I honestly love the color and think that it will be a great transition between Fall and Winter. Typically some of the clothes you wear for Fall you can wear in the Winter. It’s all about laying. Some summer outfits can transition unto Fall. It’s all about the magic of layering.
This week, I’m featuring an outfit that could easily be either a Summer look or a Fall look. Let me start with the SHOES–They give me LIFE! I LOVE THESE SANDALS! They are FUN and HIP! They make me feel tall and they are really just badass! I’ve gotten so many compliments on them. I got these beauties on clearance at Marshall’s!
Okay, I love the clean look white gives off and I know most people do not wear white after Labor Day but I do! I love white and think it should be worn all year round. I love the kimono so much that I wanted absolutely no contrasting colors in my top so I felt like white was safe and clean. I could have used black but to me the white made the look more fresh.
The jeans are my absolute favorite non-ripped pair. They are Rockstars Mid Waist by Old Navy! I love the dark denim color. To me during the Fall/Winter months, I tend to wear darker colors jeans. The Rockstar style is my favorite fit/style that Old Navy carries.
Now to the Kimono! It really is the statement piece, well besides the shoes. I love it! Grey is my new Fall color and the cool colors of the flowers totally representin’ the transition between Summer and Fall. Totally loving this entire look. I was fortunate to find this kimono at TJ Maxxs.
I love bargain shopping. This entire look cost me less than a whopping $30 bucks! The most expensive thing I had on was the kimono and it cost $13.99. These shoes a whopping $8! Best Buy EVER! My favorite places (actual brick & mortar stores) to bargain shop would have to be TJ Maxx, Marshall’s, Ross Dress for Less, Nordstroms Rack, and Old Navy! SHOP THESE STORES! They are the ABSOLUTE Best for bargains!
