Happy Fashion Friday! Okay, so I’ve been in school for the last two weeks (not even a full two weeks, since each week we had a day off) and I am TIRED… The STRUGGLE HAS BEEN REAL! This time of the year always feels busy but once I get into the swing of my routine it typically gets better.
So, I’m torn this year because I love the change in the seasons but I’m not quite ready to transition into Fall trends. I honestly, can’t believe Summer is almost over. It’s crazy that I’m feeling this way because I love sweaters!
Today, I am featuring a comfy look! These days, I’m all about comfort but cute comfy (not sloppy/embarrassing comfy). I have learned that you can look cute even in comfy attire. To me even comfy lounge attire/comfy errand attire should still be cute. If you know me, my motto is “If you look good you feel good.” I apply this motto even to my down time. Honestly, you never know what will happen or who you will see during down time so it’s good to create a down time look that is cute and doesn’t take too much time to perfect.
I don’t typically shop at Aerie but I happened to go in there a few weeks ago and they are the headquarters of cute comfy looks. My new go to comfy place! I absolutely love this sleeveless sweatshirt and these faded black jean looking leggings. I love the look so much that I bought another outfit similar to today’s look. This look has also inspired me to break down and get a pair of white Converse. I have always been scared to buy/wear white Converse because I hate how they look when dirty but I LOVE how they look when they are clean. So,my goal is to keep mine CLEAN!
