Fashion Friday ~ August 3rd

Happy Fashion Friday! Long time no see! I’m really sorry that I haven’t been as active on my blog lately. For the past week, I have been in Florida visiting my grandparents. I had a blast but now it’s time to get back to my daily grind!

Anyways, this Fashion Friday I am featuring a cropped wide leg pant and a floral off the shoulder top. I love the look! I look casual but also sort of dressed up. Simplicity is in! It’s simple but neat looking.

To be completely honest, I was not a fan of the pants at first. I thought that cropped pants would look a  little weird on me. However, when I tried them on, I slowly (and I really mean slow-ly) fell in love with them. I have come to the realization, that sometimes I have a hard time stepping outside of my comfort zone. Which is weird because I do consider myself a fashion lover and trend seeker! BUT there are times where I’m set in my ways and I can’t imagine a look on me. Not that every look is for me (or anyone for that matter) but sometimes it’s okay to give something a try just to see if it works for you and if it doesn’t, it just doesn’t and you haven’t lost anything! 

Anyways, When I bought this shirt, I didn’t think that I would have ended up pairing them with these pants, but what can I say?! They look amazing together! I really love the little details on the pant. That’s why I tucked my shirt in because I wanted to be able to show off the little details. (I could’ve also worn a body suit, too.)
