Review of Trader Joe’s Honey Butter Chips

I don’t know about you, but I love trying new things, especially when it comes to food! My Mom recently went to Trader Joe’s and found these Honey Butter Chips! I’ve been telling her that I wanted to do more reviews on here, so she thought that this would be interesting for me to try and give my opinion. 

First, let me just tell you the price… They are only $1.99 (at my store – this could vary at different locations).  Secondly, when I saw the name of the chips, I wanted to try them right away! Honey Butter?! Seriously, how could this combination not just make your mouth water! Honey Butter anything sounds good to me!

When I tried the chips, I was really amazed. They have a sweet honey taste with a little salt in them. The after taste was when I could really taste the butter. Let’s just say that these chips are addicting and they didn’t last long in my house at all! You simply can’t just eat one. I don’t usually eat chips like this, but I’m telling you, they were sooooo GOOD! 

As, I was eating these yummy chips, I was trying to decide what type of dip to pair it with. Honestly, I love eating chips with dip. I really, wanted to make a dip but I couldn’t decide if I wanted to make a savory dip, a salty one, or maybe a sweet one. My Dad had the idea of maybe melting butter and stirring in honey but I think that would be overkill on the honey and the butter flavors. I think the next time I get these chips (hoping they still have them), I will make a few different types of dips and see which one I like best with it. (Really, they only way to do it right?!) 

I ❤ Trader Joe’s! They have the best snacks! I highly recommend getting these Honey Butter chips before they are gone. I’m not sure if this is one of their regular products or if they are seasonal. I’m crossing my fingers that I can get more. I would love to make some dips and see which goes best with it. If I do, I will definitely post the recipes! 

 If you ever get a chance, and you’re looking to try something new, I would definitely recommend picking these up – They are simply DELICIOUS!
