Peach Pretzel Salad

Peach Jello Pretzel Salad dessert which features a pretzel crust, a sweet creamy filling, slices of peach, and a peach jello on top.

Pretzel Crust
- 2½ cup finely crushed pretzels
- 3 tbsp granulated sugar
- ¾ cup unsalted butter melted
Jello Topping
- 6 oz peach gelatin
- 10 oz canned peach slices don't drain juice
Cream Filling
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 8 oz cool whipped topping
Crust
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and coat 9x13 pan with nonstick spray.
In a medium bowl, mix together the pretzels, sugar, and melted butter. Press evenly into the bottom of baking dish.
Bake for 10 minutes until lightly toasted.
Set aside to cool completely.
Topping
In a medium bowl mix, mix together peach gelatin powder with 2 cups boiling water. Stir until completely dissolved.
Mix in reserved peach juice.
Chill in the fridge for about 1 hour to partially solidify (but not too much longer or else you won't be able to pour it).
Filling
In a medium bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese and the sugar. You can use a handheld mixer or do it yourself which ever method is preferred.
Fold in whipped topping until thoroughly combined.
Spread evenly over pretzel layer.
Evenly place peach slices on top of the creamy filling and chill for 30 minutes.
Pour peach gelatin mixture over cream cheese layer.
Refrigerate until completely chilled and set, at least 4 hours (or overnight).
Slice and Serve!
