Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Coconut Milk or your choice of dairy-free, plant-based milk
  • 1 tsp Ashwagandha or your choice of adaptogens
  • 1 tsp Raw Honey or your choice of sugar-free sweeteners
  • 1 tsp Lavender or your choice of herbs or dried flowers
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon or your choice of spice
  • 1 tsp Coconut Oil

Instructions

  • Combine and blend all ingredients over medium heat until warm
  • Optionally strain
  • Enjoy!
