For the last few years, I have done a summer project. I’ve dedicated a lot of my time learning more about a particular subject that I might not have learned a lot about in school. In the Summer of 2016, I started this blog and I spent a lot of time learning about blogging and WordPress. Last summer, was a bit of a challenge because my mom was pregnant with my little sister and we were in the hospital a lot but I dedicated some time to learning more about photography hacks and tricks for bloggers. This year, I’ve decided that I would like to learn more about eating healthier. I’m already a pretty healthy eater but I find that I eat the same things over and over again or only try brands that I know. I want to change that. I consider myself a “Foodie” but after some thought, how am I really a “Foodie” when`I don’t step out of the box and try other yummy healthy foods from different brands that I haven’t heard of?! So, I’m gonna try different healthy snacks/brands, create healthy recipes, and I also want to try my hand at food photography.
I want to share my findings with you, so this summer, I’ll be posting the following (along with my other regular posts, of course):
- Product reviews of healthy snacks and drinks that I enjoy
- Create and share healthy recipes
- Healthy trends that I find interesting
- Important Health Facts
My posts will include the yummy snacks/recipes, what I like about them, information about the company, healthy tips, and of course a beautiful photo.
The name of this Series will be Nat’s Healthy Eats
For my local friends, I’m sure, I’ll be making plenty of yummy food to share, so I will post on IG when this happens and you are more than welcome to come over and enjoy some with me.
I hope you all enjoy this journey with me. Please let me know your thoughts, praises and even your possible dislikes along the way!
Posts apart of this project:

- Avocado, Avocado Mayo Toast with Secret Ingredient (Primal Kitchen’s Review on Mayo with Avocado Oil)
- Review of Chloe’s Pop

It’s really fun once you start getting into it. I personally love eating healthy because it still tastes good, and then the fact that it’s healthy makes it even better!
